Nick did a fantastic job in helping me do my first investment in a 3 room apartment in Munich. I think I received great advises, about locations and rentability, then he contacted the bank and secured a loan with the interest that we agreed on, it was 100% financed. He also helped with all the translations during the purchase (I am a foreigner and my German language skills are limited). So I totally recommend LDP Group.
