We are building an elite advisory team focused on high-income professionals and international expats investing in German real estate.

This is a structured, performance-driven full-time position with base salary plus performance-based commission.

THE ROLE

You manage the entire client journey:

  • Initial strategy consultation
  • Financial and tax-related analysis
  • Investment presentation
  • Objection handling
  • Closing
  • Relationship management

You operate as a strategic investment advisor, not a transactional salesperson.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct structured advisory calls in German and English
  • Analyze financial background and investment capacity
  • Develop tailored real estate investment strategies
  • Present premium, renovated investment properties
  • Guide clients through the acquisition process
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong closing track record
  • Financial literacy and analytical thinking
  • Confident presence with high-income clients
  • Fluent German and English
  • §34c license required
  • Performance-driven mindset

Experience in real estate advisory is an advantage.
Structured sales performance is essential.
