THE ROLE

As Backoffice Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of LDP.

You ensure that every client onboarding runs seamlessly, every document is structured, and every internal workflow is optimized.

This is not a pure administrative role.

You will actively identify inefficiencies, build structure, and contribute to scaling the company’s internal systems.

Over time, this position can develop into an Operations Lead role as the company grows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage the administrative onboarding journey for new investors
  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales, financing partners, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, structured, and compliant
  • Maintain organized digital file systems and process transparency

Internal Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows
  • Improve internal processes for efficiency and clarity
  • Help implement scalable operational systems
  • Support automation and structured documentation

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain high standards in documentation and communication
  • Support management in operational decision-making
  • Contribute to building a scalable company infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with process thinking
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or structured administrative environments is a plus, but not mandatory.

More important is your ability to bring clarity and structure into dynamic environments.
