THE ROLE

As Backoffice Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of LDP.

You ensure that every client onboarding runs seamlessly, every document is structured, and every internal workflow is optimized.

This is not a pure administrative role.

You will actively identify inefficiencies, build structure, and contribute to scaling the company’s internal systems.

Over time, this position can develop into an Operations Lead role as the company grows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage the administrative onboarding journey for new investors
  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales, financing partners, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, structured, and compliant
  • Maintain organized digital file systems and process transparency

Internal Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows
  • Improve internal processes for efficiency and clarity
  • Help implement scalable operational systems
  • Support automation and structured documentation

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain high standards in documentation and communication
  • Support management in operational decision-making
  • Contribute to building a scalable company infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented

Experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or structured administrative environments is a plus, but not mandatory.

THE ROLE

As Accountant, you are responsible for the financial integrity of the company.

However, this is not a pure bookkeeping position.

You will work closely with management, gain insight into strategic decisions, and gradually take on increasing responsibility in financial structuring, planning, and optimization.

This position is designed as a potential pathway toward Finance Lead / CFO level within the company as we expand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations

  • Oversee daily accounting operations

  • Degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
  • Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks

  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Fluent German required; English is a strong advantage

Experience in real estate, investment structures, or advisory environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

You conduct strategic investment consultations in German and English, qualify investors, analyze their financial situation, and guide them through structured real estate investment decisions.

You are not selling properties.
