THE ROLE

As Client Success Manager, you are responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, strong client retention, and a seamless after-sales experience.

You accompany clients after the investment decision and act as their central point of contact within LDP.

Your goal is simple:

Turn satisfied investors into long-term partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

  • Maintain proactive communication with existing investors
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales, financing partners, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels
  • Identify potential issues early and resolve them professionally

After-Sales Excellence

  • Oversee post-purchase processes and documentation
  • Ensure smooth handover between advisory and operational stages
  • Maintain structured follow-up communication
  • Support clients in building long-term real estate portfolios

Client Retention & Growth

  • Identify opportunities for additional investment
  • Strengthen long-term client loyalty
  • Contribute to referral generation and relationship expansion

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Interest in real estate and investment structures

Experience in customer success, client relations, consulting, or financial services is a strong advantage.

More important is your ability to build trust and manage long-term relationships with high-level clients.
