THE ROLE
As Backoffice Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of LDP.
You ensure that every client onboarding runs seamlessly, every document is structured, and every internal workflow is optimized.
This is not a pure administrative role.
You will actively identify inefficiencies, build structure, and contribute to scaling the company’s internal systems.
Over time, this position can develop into an Operations Lead role as the company grows.

YOUR PROFILE
Experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or structured administrative environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
More important is your ability to bring clarity and structure into dynamic environments.
