This role is designed for an ambitious finance professional who wants to take ownership early and grow into a future finance leadership position.

THE ROLE

As Accountant, you are responsible for the financial integrity of the company.

However, this is not a pure bookkeeping position.

You will work closely with management, gain insight into strategic decisions, and gradually take on increasing responsibility in financial structuring, planning, and optimization.

This position is designed as a potential pathway toward Finance Lead / CFO level within the company as we expand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity planning
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with German accounting standards (HGB)
• Maintain regulatory integrity across all financial processes
• Prepare documentation for audits and reporting obligations
• Monitor financial risks and internal controls

Strategic Financial Development

• Support financial planning and budgeting processes
• Assist in tax-efficient structuring of company and investment models
• Contribute to financial decision-making discussions
• Help develop scalable reporting systems for future growth

Over time, you will be involved in shaping financial infrastructure as the company expands.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term ambition
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Fluent German required; English is a strong advantage

Experience in real estate, investment structures, or advisory environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

Most important is your ambition to grow beyond operational accounting.
