This role is designed for ambitious closers who want upside, flexibility, and ownership, not fixed salaries and comfort zones.

You will operate as an independent consultant (self-employed / Gewerbe model) and earn based purely on performance.

No cap. No fixed income. No limits.

YOUR ROLE

You are Setter and Closer in one.

You conduct strategic investment consultations in German and English, qualify investors, analyze their financial situation, and guide them through structured real estate investment decisions.

You are not selling properties.
You are structuring wealth decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct strategic investment consultations
• Analyze income, capital structure, and tax positioning
• Present curated real estate investment opportunities
• Guide clients through acquisition and decision-making
• Close with clarity, authority, and professionalism

COMPENSATION

• 100% commission-based
• Attractive, object-dependent earning model
• High earning potential
• No income ceiling

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in German and English
• §34c license required or willingness to obtain
• Proven closing ability
• Strong financial and analytical understanding
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of self-discipline and structure

Experience in real estate is a plus.
High-level sales performance is mandatory.
